- Your device model (e.g., iPhone 14, iPad Air)
- iOS/iPadOS version
- App version (if known)
- A short description of what happened and when
- Screenshots (optional, but helpful)
Common Issues
Sign-in Issues (Apple / Google / Email)
- Confirm you have a stable internet connection.
- Close the app completely and reopen it.
- If the issue continues, email support and include the details listed above.
Challenge Won't Load / Stuck on Loading
- Confirm you're online (Wi-Fi or cellular).
- Try again after closing and reopening the app.
- If it persists, email support and include the date of the challenge you attempted.
Purchases / Subscriptions / Restore Purchases
- If you recently purchased content, allow a moment for the app store receipt to sync.
- Use any "Restore Purchases" option available inside the app.
- If access still doesn't appear, email support with the email used for your account and what you purchased.
Refunds: Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are handled by Apple and Google respectively. If you need a refund, please use the refund process provided by your app store.
